Chip Ordway - After growing up listening to people like Ron Lundy on WCBS-FM and Dan Taylor on WHN, Chip Ordway caught the radio bug and first walked into what would be his first radio job when he was 14 years old. At WNYG 1440 AM in Babylon, NY, Chip would start out as a listener, then an intern, and he would work his way up to being one of the people to sign-off WNYG's Oldies format in April of 1994. It was at WNYG where he met Big Ed Newlands and Mike Erickson, and the group of friends have been together for almost 20 years now.
After WNYG's demise, Chip moved to Saranac Lake, NY, and took a job as the Afternoon/Evening host on WNBZ 1240 AM. By 1997, Chip had returned to Long Island to become one of the DJ's on Metroradio.com, one of the first ever internet-only broadcasting stations. Metroradio.com eventually evolved into Muzicradio.
Chip provides music programming and production to Muzicradio from his home studio in Upstate NY. although he has also been known to show up a few times a year in the Muzicradio main studio. |

Homer 'Caveman' Scott - Homer began his on-air career as 'Craig Summers' at a carrier-current AM station (WECB) in Boston, MA. Upon graduation, that Top 40 dream was shelved for a 25 year career in Adult Contemporary under his birth name.
The first actual seeds of the 'Caveman' came in 1987, when traveling from Hartford to Springfield, MA just past the Dexter Coffin Bridge in East Windsor, he saw spray-painted across the overhead span, the name "Homer 'Caveman' Scott." A personality, albiet still without a gig, was born.
Although the bridge has long been replaced and Top-40 radio is a long-lost artform, Homer 'Caveman' Scott's incubation has finally bloomed at Muzicradio.com. Finally, a non-legend was born. |
